Sold a Sony, Sent a Aligent

I ordered and paid for a Sony 1 to 5 NEC DVD duplicator. I was sent an Aligent duplicator. Never heard of this brand. I can't get any reply from Best Duplicator. This company is a fraud, do not buy anything from them!

The 1 to 5 target DVD Duplicator a buyer purchased uses 5 SONY NEC DVDRW Burners and Aligent (Ahtena) duplication controller as we advertised in the website, http://www.bestduplicator.com. He does not know the duplicator has 3 parts, DVD-Rom, DVDRW Burners, and controller and each part from different manufactures. SONY NEC does not produce any DVD CD Duplicator, but produce DVDRW Burners only. That is why we advertise and sell in the market.

We are really sorry if the buyer misunderstood this product, but we will do our best for the customer services.
