Samsung Colors TV 29"(29Z30

I have purchase a Samsung Colors TV 29"(29Z30) on 03/02/2008 but after one year 13 days any visual not seen in screen only sound and lining appear in output when I call in customer care no 0120-30308282(BPNo:8409526023)they told me they send a engineer on paid basis I request him please repair it on FOC (free of cost) basis because it will be first time I call for any engineer after purchase of TV (Even any demo visit is not done by Engineer) this totally unsatisfying response from Samsung I have decided to not purchase any Samsung item and same advise to all.

If any Samsung representative is looking here please arrange to repair my TV on FOC basis because I think I deserve it.

How many year's of warranty you have please check your warranty card after warranty they are not doing this job in FOC. still you have warranty please complaint to consumer office.
