SERVICES OF LG ELECTRONICS

I Meenu Malhotra taken a LCD 32 lgfpr on 7th of oct 2008 on 24th of dec 2008 i and my family watching movie suddenly the LCD fall down from my wall and broken my daughter is also sitting on the floor . on 25th of dec2008 i give complaint to lg. LG engineer came and told me that ur wall is weak there is no brick in ur wall but how come my house made of without brick he told me that is why this happened. but one think i wanted to know if my wall is weak than why he without checking the thikness of wall he put LCD in the wall .But from LG side NO response is coming i made so many mails and complaints the complaint nos are -:N8Cc2505658,N9C11303140,7010060,90120060,N9C11505256,220120060,N9c12405125and N9C11505263.In between i spoken to Mr. Sunil but he also didn't give me any response than Mr Aryan called me up he spoke to me very rudely and he told if there is a fault of my engineer ur call will not happen u have to pay 20,000 I am a service class people and i bought this on installment how can i pay so much of money if my fault is not there and he told me u done it urself only but nobody is mad within 1 month of purchase will do.I dont understand india's no co has these kind of people they dont know how to talk with the lady. And i also heard when engineer is talking one of his senoir on ph reg this other side person is saying "galti to hamari hai per ham compensate nahi karenge kyoki hamare engineer pe baat ayegi jisne install kiya hai" After that i spoken to Mr. Narender Goyal Asi of Delhi i told him whole episode but he is also not responding i call him so many time .Now I am fed from doing all this.

Pls help me out i cant pay without my fault .Now i having one hope that is u

And i show it to so many people they are that is not installed properly
