H & BLCOK TAX PREPARATION H & R BLOCK US HRBLOCK.COM H&R BLOCK AND HSBC BANK THE BANK THAT DOES THE REFUND LOAN FOR H&R BLOCK HAVE NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER. I DID MY TAXES WITH H&R BLOCK ON JAN. 16 2009. I GOT MY REFUND LOAN ON JAN. 19 2009. AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A REFUND RECOVERY FOR THE REBATE FROM THE STIMULUS FROM LAST YEAR. H & R BLOCK SAID IT WOULD BE SPLIT BECAUSE THE REBATE IS NOT SECURED. OK. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. BUT APPERANTLY THEIR WAS AN ERROR ON THE RETURN AND THE IRS CHECKED AND FIXED IT. THE IRS GAVE ME A DATE OF FEB. 24,2009. ON THAT DATE H&R BLOCK, HSBC AND ME SHOULD RECEVE THE MONEY. EVERYTHING. BUT TODAY I GET TO WORK AND I GET A CALL FROM HSBC ASKING FOR THEIR MONEY. AND I CANNOT GET H&R BLOCK TO HELP OR TO CALL HSBC AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. FIRST OFF I DON'T THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO DO THIS H&R BLOCK , HSBC AND THE IRS SHOULD HAVE A MUCH MUCH BETTER COMMUNICATION. SO THEI CUSTOMERS DON'T GET A JAW DROPPING CALL LIKE I GOT. ALL I GET ARE RUDE PEOPLE THAT DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM.
