Bank of America Fees

Have recently been getting charged fees an a checking account that was FREE for well over 20 years--Bank of America purchased Fleet Bank where my free checking account originated and told us our accounts would be managed in the same manner that they had been with Fleet and they were up until the end of last year when I started getting charged fees and everytime I speak to customer service--they can never tell why the new fees--they claim over and over again that the account was never free. When I ask them to look up over 10 years of free checking history--they conveniently cannot access that information. Closing the accounts--checking, savings and a credit card that I will transfer and going to my credit union. Might just send something off to the State's Attorney General too...maybe he can get them to access the information that proves my point.
