Services Apparently Not Rendered Properly

I did a "Criminal Background Search" on a known offender and no results were given. Only a first and last name was requested as information needed for the search.

I searched around and found that many others had similar experiences. After that I was convinced that the site was operating in an underhanded, shady and subversive way.
