Refused to Repair or Replace while it was under Warranty

I reside in Kuwait. I purchased a Sony handy cam for first time, the Charger went down in just 28 days from purchasing. When I contacted the local merchant where I bought this camera they said there is no warranty on accessories. I don??t know if they have there own definition of accessories. When I try to chat with a Sony on line help assistant, He provided me several link of Middle East service center but non of them was in working status all was link broken and so my heart towards Sony product. During our long conversation he was only insisting me to contact the vendor and ask them to repair the charger. At last conversation ended with no solution.
