poor client service

Century 21-pacesetter was listing my property to sell. We had a buyer who failed to get a mortgage. We moved out because our buyer wanted to be in by 12/15/08. We are no longer obligated to Century 21 and were told by our lawyer we could list our home with another company. Our current realtor is unable to list our home on the MLS because Cen. 21 will not take the house out of contract. They have recieved all correspondaces between our lawyer and the buyers lawyer. They still claim they need a letter from our buyer. Meanwhile, our home is vacant until March and now is the best time to try to sell it.
