The online course rarely begins at the scheduled time. Questions about study materials to be completed before class are not answered via e-mail causing confusion during the actual class as students are not sure which assignments are due.

Customer sevice consist of ignoring the customer after the course has been paid. During the registration process e-mails and phone calls are answered but should an issue arise after you have paid, there is no help. Alternative prep companies should be sought for those who seek professional training for standardized test and great customer service.

There is no ONLINE course before the 'classroom' course. Anyone enrolling in the ONLINE course receives specific instructions for completing weekly assignments and schedule for weekly review sessions. Apparently, this is a bogus complaint filed by a phony person -- possibly a competitor - using this website hosted in Cayman Islands.

Is it surprising that the 'poster' of this complaint did not identify which prep course he or she enrolled in, and obviously does not understand how the MLIC prep courses work. If the poster of this complain can be more specific, we can respond to the specifics of the complaint. Apparently, this is a malicious post by a fraudulent imposter.

MLIC provides the best training for all graduate school tests, and trains more candidates than any other prep course ddoes.
