Disappointed with Dell

Dell Vostro 2510 Dell Computers US I ordered a Dell Vostro 2510 on 2/03/2009, not the most technologically advanced model. They need a part for the screen. It's on back order. It will take them over a month to get it. "Est. Ship Date: 3/11/2009 " I'm outraged. They should have told me that they were missing a part when I put through the order. I told them they sound like some Mom and Pop business, making the customer wait longer than a month and not letting them know in advance. Damage Resulting: I will have to rent a Laptop, at a great expense.
