I had a stove removed from my house. In doing this the csr and another gentleman banged up my door frame, and ripped the weatherr stripping. I have unusual hours that I work, so I called Heide several times over the last few months and she has had an excuse reach time, even though she says that she has the repair materials. Last week she said she had problems with her phone. I call and let her know what days I am off. Even so, this is not fixed. My son has offered to do the repair, but Heidi says she will get it done. This is just way to long to wait, especially with the cold weather we have had. My garage is attasched. I would like something done. My next day off is Tues, Feb 17. Lets get this done. Word of mouth is the best and worst advertising. I work with different people every day and never have been so dissappointed in any business
