RMA for bad Motherboard from ECS ELITEGROUP

INVOICE#: 14984379 from Fri Jun 27 12:46:05 2008,

After less then 5 months motherboard 945GCT-M1333 was not working properly anymore.

According to info how to receive RMA I started to sent e-mails to tech support.

(ECS recommends you to troubleshoot with our professional support technician first prior to requesting for RMA).

I sent 3 e-mail and nothing, no help, no support.

I am having a similar issue. ECS wants you to replace everything including the CPU. I actually bought a new board and installed it and everything worked fine. Yet six weeks after my initial contact, they still have not agreed to issue an RMA. For ECS to claim its products have a one warranty is a joke.
