Darcars Volvo Failed to Process my Warranty!

Rockville, MD US I purchased my 2003 Volvo from Darcars on 12/29/06. I purchased an extended warranty at the same time (for $982). Fast forward 2 years. When my current dealership (Bill Gray Volvo) attempted to collect payment due from the purchased extended warranty they were told no such warranty existed. When I called Darcars, my file couldn’t even be found for a few days. I’ll spare you the full details of my 30+ calls and daily documentation. The bottom line was that Darcars failed to submit the warranty in 2006. Further, they have no system to identify and correct such error. I find that outrageous. I seriously question how many other times this has happened with unsuspecting customers.
