ok me and 3 other friend of mine ate at a restaurant in powell st. called bangkok its a thai restaurant across wallgreens. as we were heading out i got stopped by a thai lady while my 3 other friends waited for me outside... she said that ''is there something wrong???'' i said ''what do u mean???'' and then she showed me a calculator rudely and said i'd have to atleast give 7$ of tip to them because our food cost 47$ and we gave 4$ worth of tips....and i said that's all the money we have but she were really determined to embarassed me in public and said "next time just take it to go or just dont go here at all"

would u consider this discrimination??? by the way im filipino.... pls email me at [email protected]

If you don't have the moeny for a proper tip, you don't have the money for the meal. Server was totally justified.... bet you'll think twice about doing that again. Good for her!
