Beware of Delta Airlines

You might want to think twice before you purchase that next ticket from Delta Airlines. Just pray you don't have an emergency arise or need to change your trip. And don't expect any help from their NON-Customer Service Department. It won't do you any good. I've been there.

On their web site it states that if you handle changes online, you can avoid their outrageous fees. What they don't tell you is that this function is blocked and you get a message that you have to call their 800 number. The bottom line......I was offered $50 towards another ticket out of the $400 that I paid. Instant profit for Delta of $350. Instant loss for the consumer.
