I called Samsung warranty service for my 52 inch LCD TV (2 month old) on mid Oct 09. It's nothing done yet as today is 5th Dec 09. After first call, someone from electronic company contact me that will order and ship the parts to my home than will come to fix TV at home (didn't receive parts within 2 weeks, so called back, they said parts on backorder...They didn't contact me for this...should notice to consumer)
Later called Samsung service than someone contacts me 16 Nov 09, they will exchange to new one than nothing happen till now and nobody from service contacts me at all. They should contact consumer for notice to them whats going on, not like will do it than screw you.
