I called Milwaukie Inn 1 week prior to Thanksgiving and made a reservation with my credit card. Within an hour I cancelled the reservation due to a change of plans. FYI their policy states you can cancel up to 24 hours before arrival. After seeing the charge on my credit card I called and they refuse to credit my card because they said I never called to cancel. They continually say the manager is busy or not there and he'll call back and he never does. Please don't use their facility, they are ripoffs!
