Dear Sir or Madame,

The notebook ACER AOA150-1029 ( SNID: 84406155525), which I bought in the Tiger Direct store on 02/02/09, delivered to me without the battery. The Tiger Direct order # W575314901016 / Account #0162445050.

The operating system gave me message that the battery was not founded. I took off the battery cover lid and saw the battery is not inserted.

I called several times to the Tiger Direct and Acer customer centers about this problem, but did not get the right decision to fix this problem. They said that their 30 days policy Does not allow

to send me battery in 10 month after the purchase.

This computer has one year warranty and I think they can resolve this problem.

Please help me with this problem.
