washing machine not functining properlyu

My washing machine is not functioning properly. Its motor is rotating only on side which I start the machine. When started, it is continutely rotating till I switchoff from main plug. It is pertinent to mention here that on being my complaint, your machenic Mr. Sonu whose mobile No. is 9711154623 replaced few parts of machine just ten days before but after his visit my machine faced this problem. I have communicated him about this problem and as per his advice I have switched off the machine but has not turn up since taht day. you are requested to sent a machenic for repair of my machine at the earliest.
