Dell pc

I made the huge mistake of putting a Dell pc on layaway for a year from this company. I finally received it this month and as soon I put it on, it said it could not find the hard drive and not only that it was used or refurbished as they put it ofcourse the picture didn't say that part when I bought it. When I called them to let them know they acted like it was no big deal no apologies or anything. So now I have to send my (new) refurbished computer back to get it fixed when I just received it. Why is this company still in business? Someone needs to do something about them cause all they are is a big SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
