I can honestly say my experience with A&E has been the worst of any service experience I have had in the past 20 years. Three missed appointments/missed service windows, a lack of demonstrated concern for my time, customer service agents who can only quote policy instead of work to solve problems, not returning phone calls when promised, and a customer escalation team that has been ineffective in producing a solution that is satisfactory to me are all examples of what I have run into over the past three weeks.


I have been without a refrigerator for three weeks now, and again today the technician has missed their promised window even though the dispatch manager promised me I would be first on the route. The technician did call and said I was next (over an hour ago), but the service will take 2-3 hours and I will have to miss a friend's funeral assuming the technician actually shows up.


I can not comment on the actual service abilities, as none have been performed yet.
