Vapor Outlet -Misleading

After going online and purchasing a product from the outlet store, I received it on Monday and was not happy with the product; it did not work as advertised. My husband and I called the company each day, leaving messages, and never getting a reply. Today we finally got someone on the phone who claimed to be the manager. The "manager" said he could not take the product because we opened it? I explained on their site under "Why Buy" it claimed to have a 14 day policy and did not claim it had to be closed. Which, does not make sense any ways, of course you have to open the product to verify customer satisfaction. He was rude on the phone and hung up on us. It is clear this is not a professional company, their policy is misleading. Consumers be warned stay away from this company and blog to your friends, I did.

I ordered a Herbal Vaporizer from Vapor Outlet and i got exactly what i ordered! It arrived and was tracked via UPS tracking and i followed my order from FL to me here in CA. I opened the parcel and the item was well packed and in Perfect Working Order! So, i have no complaints with the Vapor Outlet!
