Towing services

My car was towed by this company, I paid them $45.00 to get my items back. After getting the car at manhain my car's reverse (transmission) didn't work. I have proof that the ford focus was working fine before they took it. My husband call them and the lady that answer the phone said someone will call back, We are still waiting for them to call back. She also agree that by taking the car the way they did it can mess up the transmission. Drive time the car's dealer told me they have to fix it. It's not fair that my car is thw way it is because of them.
