Damaged 7 furniture items; then offered to fix some of them. Without saying, the items were not fixed.

Now as we embark in the 'insurance claim', this company takes a rude stance instead of one to help their customers.

Indeed, they are they worst company with the worst customer service.

I'm glad to hear you only suffered one loss and that a resolution was obtain to your satisfaction.

In our case, we gave these clowns the movement/transport and the storage of our household furniture for a number of months and suffered major losses. We additionally had home/interior wall damaged by this 'legit' company when they delivered our goods. The reason I said 'this company takes a rude stance instead of one to help their customers' is because THEY KNEW THEY HAD CAUSED THE DAMAGED and took a very non-chalant attitude towards resolving the issue. So much so, that I had to force the issue by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Central Florida. Only then did these clowns begin to actually move to 'close' the issue with us (because fixing all the items was just not going to happen).

You see they completely broke a $500 Glass Coffee Table, broke 1 of 3 Lamp Shades from a Floor Lamp costing $250 (which is no longer available from the designer and manufacturer), broke 2 Dining Chairs from a set of 6 (which they returned to us with some silly putty...this was how they fixed them), scuffed a Vanity Table, and broke a Dresser Mirror (this was the only item they completely fixed). Now...during the delivery process, they dirtied, scuffed, and caused wall damage in the hall way from our front door to the inside of the home. A can of paint is not a lot of money...but my time is.

Oh...I'm not done. It get's better...

Once I forced the issue with the BBB, a quick resolution and check for $96 came our way. Now...they were ready, willing, and able to find a resolution. For us, though, to get the $96, they had us sign a 'CLAIM RELEASE' placing the issue as 'Closed'.

Why only $96...well, becuase they only estimate the broken artifacts to weigh 'X' and multiply that by 60 cents on the dollar.

Once again, I'm glad to hear you only suffered one loss and that a resolution was obtain to your satisfaction. Our case was different.

what does 'takes a rude stance' mean to you? I have used this company numerous times over the years and the one time an item was delivered with damage the company paid to have the leg of the couch fixed as well as reimbursed with in the month. This company is legit.
