I bought a nokia E71 white from the E-zone home town lucknow on

23/10/08.......i bought such a costly newly launched set just bcoz its a

nokia one on which anyone can trust blindly......after few months my set

started creating problem and the nokia care center repaired it for 6times

even in between they sent it to delhi also for 3times in order to solve the

problem .....but when they found that the set was uncurable , on my request

they gave me the approval for the replacement of my set with a new one

.......they approved it and the approval took almost one and the half months

..till den i used the same defective set .......after recceiving my set

which the nokia center were saying that you are supplying the brand new

set... i was very happy to got the brand new set .......not even more than

an hour the new set again started creating the same problem ......i again

complained the nokia center they told me "its the problem of E71 ...all E71

has the same hanging problem which is uncurable for the company.....so its

better to accept the fact and started using the set with the problem

....whenever it hanged just switch it off and on" ....... now i complained

this to the nokia customer care head office througth the mail ....they again

told me to submit the set at nearest nokia care center....While submitting

the set they opened it in front of me as a routine checkup for any physical

damage etc.and while doing so they noticed that the mobile set which was

given to me by the nokia company saying that its a brand new set was having

repaired and tampered motherboard ..only the outer cover ( housing ) is new

....This means that the reputed company authorities are doing fraud with the

customers ......i bought the white set but in replace i got the black

one,all the accessarries are miss matched ,still i accepted it just bcoz i

thought im getting a brand new error free set ........ but i was wrong.....

Im suffering from the last 7months even i contacted the regional office also

and the customer care through phone ...but they are also not paying

attention to my complaint and not givng me the stisfactory answer....they

again agree to repair the set instead of replacing it .............

when the set is unrepairable and it already repaired 7times then its a duty

of the company to provide me the brand new set for which they are not

agreeing......As im putting a valid demand ....why they are not agreeeing

and replacing my set ????

I think they are just passing the time till the expire date of my warranty

and after that they know they will be free from their liabilities...

such a big companies do such types of frauds .......

day by day the expiry date of my warranty is coming near by and really im

worried about my problem as i bought such costly set ( approx Rs.21000)

......

I want to to ask the nokia company for whom i have purcahsed such a costly

set ? for the Nokia care centers ???? just calculate it how much time i uses

this set and how much time it was

with the nokia care center .........aprox 7months it was with the nokia care

centers from the period of 10months...still its at with nokia care

center.......

sir kindly solve my problem as im suffering from last 7months and really

frustrated with the nokia company....

im writing to you with the hope that you will definately find out some

solution for my problem ......

I have all the details and proofs regarding my problem......
