Mypersonal vineyard.com-bad vines

I ordered 40 2 year grape vines in march, with a guarantee of replacement if vines don't grow; received the vines in april; planted them according to instructions, including expensive irrigation drip system for each vine. All vines with the exception of 13 produced buds and leaves within 4 weeks. By June it was apparant the 13 vines were never going to bud. I asked for replacement vines and more recently a refund for the 13 vines. Mypersonal vineyard asked for pictures--I sent 8 pictures to them. Since the last week of June they have not answered my emails or returned numerous phone calls. I know the emails were received because I attached a 'readme' return.

After a great deal of difficulty trying to reach someone at Mypersonalvineyard.com, I was finally successful by calling from a phone other than my home phone. Apparently, calls are screened via Caller ID. They wanted to see more photos of my vineyard before they would send me replacements. After a lot of back and forth, they sent me replacement plants in October. I don't know if the plants were dead when they sent them or not. There were no visible live roots. Needless to say, the plants did not leaf-out the following spring. I have since replaced the vines with locally grown plants (Georgia) and they are doing great. I lost a lot of time and about $80, plus the amout of time I have spent trying to resolve this problem. I would not recommend dealing with this company under any circumsatances.

I ordered 21 vines and only two of them are producing leaves after 6 months in the ground. 19 vines were 'dead on arrival' I followed the planting instructions to the letter. I have sent photos and called (only an answering machine) to get replacements and have not received a response in over one month. Nice website but this guy is a crook and will not honor his guarantee.I would not take a chance with My Personal Vineyard.com its a joke!

I've placed an order for 20 vines feb 13,2010 and todays date is march 6,2010 and still I have not received my 20 vines, each time that I call the same guy answers and states that my vines will be sent and he never states when they were sent out. bullshit that what his website business is about.but he made sure to bill my credit card. just today I used google maps and the address on his website and all I received was a picture of downtown visalia ca. where is the vineyard on top of the bank of america. looks to me I'm shit out of luck and $159 dollars.
