Chase Credit Card disputed charge

Chase US chase.com Chase failed to conduct an adequate investigation after I disputed a fraudulent charge. They reinstated the charge before they had received the Affirmation of Fraud they required me to complete. Their denial letter offered no explanation as to how/why they had determined the charge was legitimate. There is no question the charge was fraudulent. Chase will not respond to my repeated requests to have this reviewed. I am being regularly contacted by Chase's collections department, who are uninterested in my dispute and unwilling to help get the issue addressed.
