MELTED CHOCOLATES

If you happen to live on the mainland, please do not order any chocolate products from this store in the summer months. I ordered 13 boxes of chocolate covered macadamia nuts, which were completely melted when I received them.

They were shipped 2nd day air by Federal Express, which was very expensive. They were not packed with ice packs or dry ice. This company does not warn you of this on their website. Neither do they say that Federal Express trucks are NOT air-conditioned or temperature controlled.

I returned all the boxes, but had to pay the return shipping. They refunded me for the chocolates & for part of the shipping to my home. There was never an apology or a response.

Personally, I think this is very deceptive on their part. I will never order from them again.
