US Let me add to the anti-Direct TV list of ticked off ex-customers. I canceled service and returned their receivers (after fighting to get the correct size boxes) only to receive a $336 bill. They claim early cancellation of $200.00, on the same bill that they're charging me for PPV from 2006 & 2007. They've turned me over to a collection agency in spite of phone calls, letters, emails, website contacts. I sent a "drop dead" letter to the collection agency and they STILL sent me a collection letter; even telling me they'd report me to the credit bureaus. I've been trying to get a reasonable resolution, but it's a waste of time. If you can, avoid Direct TV like the plague because that's what that company is - a plague on consumers.
