don't trust national city bank

Idid business with this bank for several years,I got a overdraft,they wanted me to pay 34.00 over draft,i called my local bank,846 bypass road,winchester,ky to see if they could let me slide this time,i talked to mangement at this bank,she said no , i told her to close my account.this was on 7-30-2009,she said ok she would take care of this,i would come in on auguest the 14 and take care of,the late charge i was informed i owed them 238.22 in late charges,this bank is a ripe off,please be advise this could be you elra joyce murphy
