Ignored my calls and the BBB

purchased 2600 dollars of clothes and shoes....i took shoes back less than a week later due to a problem with the ankle strap...sales girls acknowledged that the ones i tried on in the store fit...but the ones i came back with didnt...told me i could go alter the shoe down the street, also one sales girl told me that sometimes they fit her and sometimes they dont!!!! unbelievable!!

they have not returned my calls and i filed a bbb report and they didnt respond to them either...im stuck with shoes that have never been worn and cant be worn
