BA 151 TheNerds.com US NEVER AGAIN, would I order from thenerds site. I ordered a replacement battery for a set of wireless headphones on 8/21/09. On 8/31, I had still not received them. Their website said that my order was processed, had a tracking number and stated that they used UPS and FedEx. Each site told me that the tracking number was invalid. I e-mailed costumer service, but never heard back. By phone I was told that my item was shipped US mail on 8/25. My credit card was charged on the day of the order, not when the item was shipped. I paid $9.99 for shipping on an item that another site would ship UPS for $4.27. I also found the same item at another site for less than half what I paid TheNerds, even with their $8.00 off coupon.
