Verizon unauthorized charges

Despite several attempts to discontinue charges for internet service I do not have, Verizon still is charging my debit card. I do not have internet service with them I was paying the internet for my parents. We thought we had cancelled the charges. Now my parents are paying for the internet and I am still paying for it also, only I have no access and they will not talk to me because the account is in my parents name. So basically I have no way to stop them from charging me or to get the money they have cost me.

Kinda the same situation here. I cancelled my high speed internet with verizon about eight months ago. I had no idea the were still charging me until I looked at my bank statement online (I rarely look at my statements-they're just too depressing. lol). I called my bank and they said they would investigate the charges to my account. In the mean time I had an immediate refund for about 3 or 4 months of back charges, only to have verizon turn around send me a bill for the money that my bank rightfully recouped for me!! I had to REcancel my account but with this company it could be another month or two if i know for certain that they've actually cancelled my account. But, as unfair as it is, I'll still have to pay the two-hundred-and-twenty-something-dollars. RIDICULOUS. I will never use verizons services FOR ANYTHING. I will make sure i tell everyone I know to avoid using them too.
