Pettit Paint shirks rebate responsibility

Pettit recently offered an Economic Stimulus Package Mail-in Promotion of $20 if you purchased a gallon of their bottom paint. Only problem is they did not pay the rebate, even after Boat/US got on their tail. I'm switching to a more reputable company.
