Canyon Inn Flagstaff - BAD MOTEL!

This motel is run by Angelina Investments and Robin and Pragna Prema. We were the managers there for 60 days. In that time, Pragna overcharged customers, would not cancel reservations and charged people's cards after they had called to cancel within the appropriate time frame and also refuses to go by the health/fire/building codes.

The bedspreads are not changed between guests and someone's naked butt could be on the spread and they don't even care. There's not enough linen there to even change it properly.

Breakfast supplies are in a location where mice chew holes in the bags and they STILL SERVE IT TO THE GUESTS!

They scream and yell at their employees constantly and treat them like slaves insisting if they don't have enough business it has to be the employees. The employees have no control over who comes in and who doesn't. They also scream (literally - not figuratively) if they don't get enough money for the rooms which they constantly overcharge for.

They remodels are poorly done except for two rooms which apparently were professionally done. The Indian woman who owns the place is constantly lying to guests and vendors about money, refunds, conditions, etc and she also left us with an apartment that was mouse infested and no bathroom.

We were subjected to mental and verbal abuse every day for 60 days because we believe in excellent customer service and they believe in no refunds and getting the money and running people over.

Please do NOT PATRONIZE THE CANYON INN OR THE SUPER 8 WEST. THESE TWO PROPERTIES ARE OWNED BY THE SAME COMPANY AND THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE SLAVES!

I've got many records and photos to prove what I'm saying is true.
