Complaint Description - Posted 7/2/2009 3:19:54 PM

I placed an order on-line through an internet pop-up ad on Yahoo March 29, 2009. I received a confirmation email and the trial shipment within a week. On 4/29/09 I received and returned a second mailing and was charged for the additional product. I contacted MaxColon customer service as I was unaware of this transaction and was given a cancellation number and advised to retun the product for a refund, but not mentioned about obtaining an RMA # first for the return and refund, which I have been repeatedly denied. My cancellation number was referenced on the returned package, which they can identify my order transaction, which was returned to the correct and sending address to MaxColon as directed by phone. As the pop up ad did not address additonal program terms or direct me to another site, or terms, and there was no receipt or information with the original shipment, no action was taken other to cancel upon learning of the unauthorized charge and product receipt. There is no reason for one to pursue additional details at time of ordering through such a pop up and only viewed testimonials about the product. Repeated emails requesting a refund have been denied
