I was notified that TRAVELWORM did not pay for Holiday Inn Main Gate

East the nights which I booked through your website. Am aware that

TRAVELWORM charged my master cards for these nights in April 2008 and it

is not acceptable to be charged again by the hotel


and the following there latest responds by emails:


understand your frustrations. I am told that they still plan on sending out the refund. I am told it is just a matter of time. As soon as they start sending them out again I will let you know. Have you tried disputing with your credit card again?

it is very small amount that refunding it will not make noticeable impact but I guess your company made excused for delaying it further and someone should hold accountable for holding money which is not entitle for it

We are still in the same situation. I wish I had better news. We still plan on getting refunds out however due to the struggling travel market right now; we have no revenue coming in that allows us to make the refunds. The investors are still working on various opportunities to pay back the refunds and debt owed. We are now down to three employees and we are trying our best and as soon as I have more information regarding your refund I will be in touch.
