Credit Card billing on Wrong Address

Dear Sir/ Madam

I Yogendra Sharma had purchased the ICICI bank credit card no. 4477478516066002 when i was working in Pune Central, Bundgarden Road ,Pune in 2006 .Also i had mentined my Email ID along with my home address. on application form.

In 2008 I applied for credit card through email to ICICI Bank & Issued vide card no.5239511075466001.Thinking that firt card, which was not used for 2 years got invalid.

In April-May 2008, I used new card 5239511075466001 to purchase some items of Rs.25454.00 and waited for bill.which was not sent to my home address .When I enquired about bill and found that it was not dispatched to my home address.

Being a reliable person, I my self found a way to reach your billing department and requested to send the bill by e mail and also amend the address. There after the bill was recieved by E mail.and found so many extra charges with penalty/interest.

This was really surprising for me and I was not ready to pay execess amount. After couple of days I got a phone call from bank and a request was made to pay actual amount for which I purchased and confirmed that excess billed amount will be settled down by ICICI bank, Sumo House, Bhandarkar Road Branch, Pune for which I have mailed to Amol Kulkarni recovery Manager ICICI Bank, dated 18 Nov.2008 and also visited the branch to settle the case,

but came back without any results and there after I was in touch with Mr. Ribhur Kapoor Area Manager Mr.Amol Kulkarni , Mrs Sharma& Mr. Nishadre and Customer care on phone, but no action has been taken by them.

On 15 May 09, again i got telephonic call from Mr. Manish Kumar, stating he is Recovery Officer from ICICI bankand informed me that your case has been settled down and you need to pay Rs. 3310 which i have paid again to Mr. Nilesh ( personally Collected)by Cash Rs2240 & by cheque Rs. 1070 and waited for settlement letter.

When I called after 20 days , I got reply from ICICI that Manish Kumar is not the employess of ICICI bank, he is employee of Ganraj Services to whom ICICI bank has given the autority to recover the money.

There after I was in regular touch with customer care and ICICI bank , Sumohouse , Bhandar Road Branch.

On 31 July 09, I got shoked my salary account was blocked without any Prior information and debited Rs 13247 from my salary account.

Beside above corrospondances and insipte of settled down the amount, I was regularly mentally harrased by ICICI bank and by their recovery agents on regular basis.


Request you to kindly look in to matter & help me out from ICICI fraud billing.
