Bad Product No Service

Company does not respond to request to honor warranty for material defects on teak chair.

Leg has rotted away. Chair is part of set and cannot be replaced.

Owner, Bruce Lauer has all info, including receipt copy and will not respond to customer or BBB

It's no real surprise, the "new" owners, Bruce & Jeremy basically ran the company into the ground. I believe they wanted to make big bucks in a big hurry but the economy squashed that idea, end result.. a lot of good hard working people lost their jobs. But as for myself, things couldn't be better, it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I can't see them functioning as well as it did 5 yrs ago without the right people in charge. Basically for any repairs or warranties go, well you're probably out of luck.
