Taking $ out of my accts w/out my permissioner, poor transmission for both my telephone and wireless internet. Could hardly ever get online and was constantly shut down during the middle of working on something on the internet which made me have to start

When I gave then my cc # to take out their start up fee, they kept in on file and kept taking money out of my account without my permission. My telephone service was lousy and the internet service was a joke. I couldn't get on line 1/2 the time and I could not stay online and would have to continuiously redo all my work, because of being taken off line. (this is the short version). They are new tothe NW and they do not have the towers or manpower here to offer premium service like they advertise.
