To whom it may concern,
I bought a cellphone online last July 14,2009 . I still not have recieved the phone and didn't got an e-mail giving my order # . I already talked to the customer service named Zera and she told me that i would recieved a phone call within 24 hrs. it's been three days now since we talk but I never got any phone call from from them. I just want my refund if they are having problem. And this won't be the first that I had a problem. Previously a year ago from now i purchased a phone and i never got the purchased item so I have to call them and I learned that there was a problem because they don't have the kind of phone That I was purchasing . If there is a problem why would the customer have to suffer . We keep waiting and waiting . I have a subsriber for almost 3 yrs now is there any loyalty for their customers ? Thank you so much and I'm looking forward for your reply.
I just want them to give my money back. Thank you so much.
