Biancardi Construction Does Not Honor Contract

Biancardi Construction abandoned our deck repair project when less than 1/2 was completed, owing us thousands of dollars for pre-paid work and materials. The job which the owner Chris Biancardi estimated would take 1 - 2 weeks dragged on for over 2 months with multiple excuses for non-completion. Then the company suddenly abandoned the project without notice to us. We are contemplating legal action and want to warn other potential clients to not use this company.

These people are liers and dishonest they sign a contract and then dont live up to it when it comes time to pay I am currently having my attorney file in court. people like these losers are why contractors have to charge so high cause we know there going to screw us. we walked off the job cause these loser did not pay DO NOT WORK FOR THE PEOPLE LIVING AT 3190 BICK BROWN RD IN BRISTOL NH THEY ARE SCUMBAGS AND WILL NOT PAY.
