ABC Distributing - Customer Service is a Thing of the Past!

Made a simple order totaling just under $35, paid by e-check,and received payment confirmation. Thinking everything was all set, we happily went about our lives.

Yet apparently something was wrong with the e-check (although my account had the funds and we received the payment confirmation), but instead of notifying me and providing a chance to correct it, I received a letter from a debt collector two weeks later demanding an additional $30 on top of my $35.

Upon calling ABC, the best they would do was to offer good luck dealing with their debt collector. I have never seen such a complete disregard for customer service.
