medical bills not paid

I've been having this unresolved issue for over a year.i switched my med insurance last August to a different carrier and had some bills in July 2008. Blue Cross is not paying them stating that never received payment for July.Actually, they did and cashed it, then sent a refund. When i complained,they said that i should send the check back and would be reinstated. I did, and have a reciept of delvery and they said that they never got it.

they told me to send another check...I did and they sent another refund. i keep on calling almost evry week and keep getting the same run around.

I'm sick and tired of this treatment!

I guess I'll have to my lawyer take care of this.
