Wine.com Order System Not up to standard

Chappellet 2006 Pritchard Hill Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon wine.com US wine.com To whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to my recent order (Order number 3126XXX). I was looking a nice bottle of wine for my important client as a birthday gift who is a wine aficionado. Having used your business in the past with great success, I found “Chappellet 2006 Pritchard Hill Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon” on your site stated it was “in stock” and available for immediate shipment so I placed the order. Two day passed and there was no change in status or notification so I sent an email inquiring on the status. Only then, I found out that it was not in stock and it would take a week. See email below: “I am sorry for the delay with your recent order # 3126XXX. Unfortunately, the warehouse is still waiting for the vendor/distributor to bring in the bottle of Chappellet 2006 Pritchard Hill Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. It may be another week or more before it comes in, I'm afraid.” I am just thankful that I had checked or I would have looked like a jerk. It would have been nice if: 1) Your website actually showed whether it was in stock or not. 2) You notified me that there would be a delay in the shipment. Anyways, needless to say I cancelled the order and I will not be using your business anymore. Please delete my user account and all my personal information from you website. Thank you.
