The system

One person with many different issues. I'll start with child support. My 2 oldest father got away with not paying for their first 7 years of my daughter life. State of new york never collected. I moved to connecticut and state of CT did not tranfer and also did not enforce my case for 4 years until i put court paper my self for them to enforce. CT did not retro back payment but instead enforced from date i complaint and NY case they claim there was no case and when i showed proof they claim it was to late so i requested they go back by law 3 year from the date i open case with them and he said case was already established. I said amount was under limit of state law, they said he has no job and if i proceded it will probably lower amount. I said to file motion because i dont think that it is possible for it to down more than the amount set for 2 of $40.00 a week. I never got resolution but was told he got credit for having other kids and the father claim i have enough money to take care of my 2 daughthers. Next is my youngest father. He had a case state of CT with many false charges he was not aware of and after 6 times in court lawyer claimed he needed to pay a fine and case was set. I received calls after moving to florida, from bounty hunter which i did not believe at first because i had new number new address out of state of CT and do not get along with my oldest sister. bounty guy was giving false charges and incorrect information like birh date about my children father.I asked how they got my cell number and they said they went through phone records i said inpossible is a new number and probably one of my family gave it but only 2 family member new it. They where going to friends and family in CT harrassing in how they can get the state to take their kids if they did not tell my or my kids father where about. Them they claimed i was spotted in CT in my truck in the summer, I said impossible since i was away in the caribean.They went telling my friends and family i had a arrest warrant.they continue to call me even to harrass that if he did not give him self in some one else was out to get him and it will not be pretty(this was recorded by me and i'm not disclossing full harrasment jet unless their is actually justice which i did not see after i called even the governor from CT and general attorney and told full story and email them. all documented)they also told me if i did not care for my kids as they will find me.i said what would that have I called the presint in CT with my friends on the phone to check and even told them who i was and of the harrassment they are makingbut instead they said they could not check over the phone. I called my police department and explain, they send some one over to do a warrant check and it came clean.i told them he has not been in the country for a few and this people are claiming that they are spotting me and him in the State of CT.they showed up in my house in florida withought authority and i called 911 which took their time to find the adrress. I let the florida police in but not the bounty hunter, i explained. I said they are not even authorized to enter florida withought consent and is one of the state that don't allow out of state bounty hunter, they said they can actually do as they pleased i said ok i cant help ya my kids father been in Brazil due to money lost cause of this case and needing to get money by trying to get a property that was inherited by his sister father given to him also having issues getting his paper to get back in becuase lost reported green card he reported 2 years ago. I told them had nothing to do with this case we were not living together at the time.My kids father came back from BRazil as he feared that this people would go as far as hurting all. The case was dropped but they put the failer to appear on a case he did nothing. immigration got involved as the bounty hunter had claimed to me before and no consideration to the kids and his father being american he got deported.Next is state of florida DCf for assistance food stamp. they are discriminating in amount aprove and stalling in case requesting inforamtion already provided also claiming that my kids father (deported and i complied with child support and send the paper in to DCF showing they concluded he is out of the country),is paying child support. they over counted child support income i compalint to many department and had to start recording conversation because they gave false info and would hang the phone and not provide name. i requested hearing it been 2 month and nothing. they increased the benifite but i requested i wanted a summury showing what they are counting as income ans instead they send something outdated only stating it was increased or how much benefite but nothing of what is being counted. i continue to still call. Next is a insurance company which i receive monthly checks due by the 10 every month and they do not do direct deposit. i getting them late and they blame postal service and postal service is claiming that they cant control the mail. insurance company are issuing the check as they show dated on the 4 and 6 of the month which is not enough time to get to me in time,i have proof. Mail service for some reason have been delivering my mail to other people homes this month i had 2 neighbor bring them to me.The postal service are giving me the what came we do story.I see a corrupted system. this is not something I'm making up if I have physical evidence and presently going trhough all this issues. If people are in control i would like to see because it looks like the system controls everything and let me not explain the issues with cable Bright house and FCC department.As soon as my name and address is given i get the hang up call or please wait and they do not get back to the phone. I have recording which legal because their department records and i told them and you would laugh if you here most of it.
