Rubbermaid Rips off Consumers

I purchased a shelving kit and because of the photo provided which showed a standalone unit I purchased the kit and when it arrived I was surprised that it was not as pictured in the photo, it had no mounting brackets that were clearly shown in the photo that was only one of the little surprises, both shelves were different in size, (1) was 12� and the other (1) was 11� so when placed on the bracket it would protrude dangerously, I filed a BBB complaint but it seems that because Rubbermaid was a BBB member the complaint and evidence that clearly showed they misrepresented their product was just ignored and the complaint was closed, this company is clearly untrustworthy and consumers should be aware that the consumers safety is not weighted against the sales of unsafe products, I for one will never purchase another Rubbermaid products again, and any company the ignores the safety of the consumers does not deserve any consumer support by the purchasing of their products �..
