Charge on Bill without notice

They charged me $60 for a technician who came over to our house for fixing their internet connected problem without informing me of this charge in advance. When asked to speak to a manager I was never connected to one.

They put me on hold for 1/2 hr and connected me to someone who was not able to help and was not in billing department ( Tam # 53925)
