The company does not have a problem taking your vehicle information over the phone, however I can tell you that this company will take you through serious changes to cancel and stop payments. Please be aware if you want to cancel with this company you will need to write cancel on the policy, with the odometer reading and have it notarized and mailed until than they will continue to take your money for a policy you have verbally canceled. BE AWARE. Also do your homework, do not go by their commerical / advertisement, it all sounds good, but I found another company that will cover more components on your vehicle for a little more money but much better benefits.
