T Mobile. Rip off Company!!

On August 12th , I called T mobile to verify the amount of text messages I have remaining ( I have plan of 400 text messages) and I specific asked to the customer service representative if I was over my text messages and if she could upgrade my plan ( it is $5.00 more to upgrade for unlimited text messages), because I did not want to pay $0.20 for each extra text messages. She said that I was over, but she would give a bonus of 30 messages that way I won�t be over my text plan and I do not need to upgrade my plan and not pay any over charges

When I got my bill statement for August , there is a over charge of $47.00 in text messages , I called them and explained they said that nothing could be done, after talked to 5 people I got a supervisor who promise that a manager would call me within 24 hours and never happened

I believe T mobile did not act in good faith, they induce me not to pay an extra $5.00 and promised that there wasn�t any overcharges and now I have an extra $ 47.00 in overcharges
